Sponsoring ZT Links
Submitted by ztadmin on Mon, 2007-02-19 20:49ZT Services maintains ZTlinks and the International Thermoelectric Society website as part of an effort to support the Thermoelectric Community.
There are a few changes for 2010.
I'm pleased to announce that through an agreement with the International Thermoelectric Society, effective January 1, 2010 I can place your ad on the ITS website, http://www.its.org, as well as in the header of ITSnews
its [dot] org, the ITS email Newsletter. These will replace the former ZTlinks website, http://www.zts.com, and my ZTnews
zts [dot] com newsletter.
In the near future I expect to place the domain name "zts.com" up for sale and phase-out http://www.zts.com as a thermoelectric resource. Most of the content has long been duplicated on the International Thermoelectric Society (ITS) website, http://www.its.org, and the ITS website now gets nearly three times the web traffic. It is also usually the first site to appear in a google.com search. Should you become a sponsor, your ad will appear on http://www.zts.com until that website is sold as well as on http://www.its.org from 1/1/2010 through 12/31/2010.
Sponsorship raises your company profile among internet users interested in thermoelectrics. Sponsoring ITSnews presently includes:
- Listing in the "Sponsors" box on http://www.its.org homepage
- Listing in the "Sponsors" box on http://www.zts.com homepage (until the website is sold)
- Listing in the header of each ITSnews <itsnews
its [dot] org> mailing (about 12/year, currently 2000+ subscribers, archives available at http://www.its.org/itsnews)
- Rotating Banner ad (up to 468x60 pixels) in header of each its.org webpage
- Rotating Banner ad (up to 468x60 pixels) in header of each zts.com webpage (until the website is sold)
- Expanded entry in ZTlinks (1/2 'page' ad)
And I'm always happy to try to accommodate other requests or answer questions. Just let me know. And thanks again for your interest.
For current pricing and payment details please contact ZTS. Currently payment can be made by check, Paypal or direct transfer.

PDF files: reading them, and making your own.
Submitted by its-webmaster on Thu, 2002-04-11 11:09If you've surfed the web, you've probably seen PDF files. The 'Portable Document Format' has become the defacto standard for sharing documents, particularly where formating must be preserved. Here are some comments on where to get the software to read and make your own PDF files.
Adobe invented the PDF (Portable Document Format). PDF files are now widely used. Even the US government posts their tax forms on the web as PDF files. Software to read and create PDF files is available for virtually all operating systems: Windows, Linux, Mac, what have you.
