RTI's Thermoelectrics Group in the Center for Semiconductor Research is seeking to fill the position of Research Engineer / Staff Engineer.

RTI is seeking candidates who posses a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics or Materials Science with at least 3 years related experience or a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering or Physics or Materials Science with at least 6 years related experience. Candidates must have experience or training in semiconductor process automation. Knowledge of LABVIEW and AUTOCAD would be an advantage.

Job functions would involve designing switching circuits, implementing automation using LABVIEW, and processing thermoelectric materials and devices.
