Thermoelectrics Handbook:

A site visitor asked:

"Hi, I have a question about the Thermoelectrics Handbook. There are
currently 2 of them, both by Rowe. Is the 2006 Edition a newer version of
the 1995 Edition? Or do I need both of them? Thank you. "

My reply:

These are not 'Handbooks' at all in the style of the "CRC Handbook on Physics and Chemistry" but rather collections of review articles. The 2005 (sic) edition is a completely new version, with entirely new content. In no sense is it a 'rewrite' of the 1995 edition.

In fact, a genuine 'Handbook' with tables and figures of key data for thermoelectrics does not as yet exist.

Do you need both? Both are excellent and if you want a serious library on thermoelectrics, I would say 'yes' get them both.
