This is obviously a mult-dimensioned task which looks like a mountain, but
is
really a huge, orderly stack of facts. Getting the facts well defined is
one
major task. Deciding how to slice the mountain is another.

I suggest that a particular product/material/composite be chosen and that
one
identical batch sample be tested - both for physical characteristics, ie
doping, composition, etc. as well as test results, by at least three
independent volunteers, using the same blind-test procedure. The sample(s)
would be identified and retained for future reexamination should new,
better
procedures are defined. The results will help us to understand the accuracy
to which these data may be obtained under similar, but different lab
habitats, and should be a prototype for expectations of results, models,
procedures and the useful value of the final report(s).

Only then might the full process begin. If the parties can swing it, it
could
be of significant value.

This opinion may be my only contribution, assuming that it has some use,
since we are only occasionally an end user. But like some of you, my
interest
is aroused.
