More than five hundred standard sizes of modules are available. Cold sides range from 1 x 2 mm2 to 40 x 40 mm2, maximum current ranges from 0.3 to 10 Amp, DTmax - from 73oC in single stage to 150oC in multi-stage configurations.

THERMION Company produces Peltier (thermoelectric) modules and systems destined for cooling small sized electronic and electro-optic components. Here you will find the information on standard Thermion thermoelectric units including MC04 (single and multi stage), MC06 (single and multi stage) and MC10 (multi stage).
